Exit poll: Jacek Sutryk to become the new mayor of Wrocław after first round

I want this term of making Wrocław common and taking care of all residents of Wrocław, said the Civic Coalition's candidate for mayor of Wrocław, Jacek Sutryk, during the electoral evening on Sunday.

According to IPSOS exit poll, Jacek Sutryk has won the mayorship in Wrocław in the first round with 50,1 percent of votes. Law and Justice MP Mirosława Stachowiak-Różecka came in second with 27,8 percent.

During his speech after exit polls have been revealed, Sutryk said that his main concern will be to make Wrocław common. "I want it (upcoming term) to be a time of common decisions, that we will make together with the residents, regarding the fate of this city," he underscored.

He added that in the upcoming tenure, he wants to take care of all the residents of Wrocław. "Wrocław belongs and will belong to its residents," said Sutryk.

Jacek Sutryk - 50,1 percent

Mirosława Stachowiak-Różecka - 27,8 percent

Katarzyna Obara-Kowalska - 6,7 percent

Jerzy Michalak - 5,6 percent

Marta Lempart - 2,7 percent

Zbigniew Jarząbek - 2,3 percent

Małgorzata Tracz - 1,7 percent

Mieczysław Maj - 0,5 percent
