Williams unveiled a new title sponsor and a new livery for 2019 on Monday at its Grove headquarters.
The Formula One outfit, one of the oldest teams on the grid, will be known as ROKiT Williams Racing as it attempts to reverse the poor form of 2018 which saw it slump to last in the constructors' championship.
Its traditional dark blue and white branding has been replaced by a black, white and light blue car with a splash of ROKiT's black, white and red logo. The new FW42 will be revealed at testing in Barcelona on February 18.
Drivers George Russell and Robert Kubica will offer a blend of youth and experience, while deputy team principal Claire Williams said an overhaul of both structures and culture within the team should lead to better track results.
Poland's Kubica will make his return to the sport after nearly dying in a 2011 rallying crash which appeared to have ended his ambitions in Formula One and badly damaged his right arm.
Highly-regarded Russell, still just 20, will attempt to build on the promise he has shown in Formula 2.
