Civic Coalition would win most of the seats in the parliament, according to the latest poll carried out by Kantar Public. In the survey,the liberal opposition coalition was picked by 31% of the respondents, whereas the ruling camp led by Law and Justice - 28%. Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050 would come third with 10% of votes. The other two parties that - according to the poll - would in seats in the Sejm are: the Left (7%) and Confederation (5%).
According to the latest voter sentiment poll conducted by Kantar Public, 31% of Poles who declared participation in next year's parliamentary election would vote for Civic Coalition. The ruling party would win support of 28% of those asked, whereas Szymon Hołownia's Poland 2050 would get 10% of votes. Two more parties would win seats in the lower house of parliament - the Left (7%) and Confederation (5%).
Kantar also listed the parties that - according to the survey - would not make it to the Sejm: PSL (Polish People's Party) with 4% of votes, as well as Kukiz'15 and AgroUnia which would win 1% of votes each. Former junior ruling coalition partner, Jarosław Gowin's Accord - would receive less than 1% of votes.
Accordind to the pollster, there were changes compared to September's poll: Civic Coalition saw a 4 pp increase in support, Poland 2050 - increase by 2 pp, and PSL - by 1 pp.
Kukiz'15 noted a drop in support by 2 pp, whereas Law and Justice, Confederation, and Accord - by 1 pp each.
15% of respondents who declared participation in the election said they did not know who they would vote for (no change compared to September), Kantar Public said.
The survey was conducted on October 14-19 on a sample of 982 persons. The part on voter sentiment - Kantar said - involved 671 people who declared they would either "definitely" or "likely" take part in the next parliamentary election.
