The prime minister's office on Wednesday published on its website the list of official flights of former PM Ewa Kopacz. The list contains 47 entries.
The list contains 47 flights of former PM Ewa Kopacz. The first one was taken on October 6, 2014, and the last on October 23, 2015. One of the flights was on a CASA military plane, 5 on a W-3 Sokół helicopter, and the rest on an Embraer.
Ewa Kopacz was Poland's prime minister from the 22nd of September, 2014, until 16th of November, 2015.
On Tuesday evening the PM's office also published the list of flights of former PM Beata Szydło, and on Friday of current PM Mateusz Morawiecki.
Szydło's request to publish full information about the flights came after the media and opposition MPs revealed that the now former Marshal of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński has been allowing members of his family on board during official flights.
On Friday (August 9), Marek Kuchciński officially resigned as the Marshal of the Sejm and was replaced by Elżbieta Witek, the now former minister of the interior.
The chief of the PM's office Michał Dworczyk also announced that a law on official flights of VIPs would be prepared. The draft is assume creating of central register of HEAD status flights and ban family members or MPs such flights.
Members of all political parties were invited to work on the legislation, but Civic Platform MPs said they wouldn't take part until Law and Justice fully explains the flights scandal.
The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw is conducting preliminary proceedings regarding potential misuse of of official flights by former Marshal of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński.
