"An example to follow". 5-year-old boy returns found phone and money

On Monday (Feb.14), a cellphone and some money were brought to the police station in Włodawa.

"The father of a 5-year-old brought them. The boy had spotted someone's lost items at the corner of Kraszewskiego and Orzeszkowej streets," Elwira Tadyniewicz from County Police Station in Włodawa.

The police call upon the owner of the money and the phone to collect them.

"Above all, however, we must praise the resolve shown by the 5-year-old, who already at such age displays an exemplary attitude, worth for everyone to follow. The parents, in turn, deserve congratulations for raising their child this way," Tadyniewicz stressed.
