The National Electoral Commission has chosen voting cards format

A sheet of paper instead of a booklet. The National Electoral Commission selected a format of electoral cards for the October's local elections. The commission's chief claims it would be convenient both for voters and for vote counting. There may, however, be some exceptions to the rule.
