The Civic Coalition submitted a draft legislation that splits the function of the minister of justice and prosecutor general. Since the beginning of this term, Zbigniew Ziobro has been combining both. He has been most recently criticised for the scandal regarding the organised hate of judges in his ministry. The opposition says it wants to return the ministry to health after it became a political apparatus of Law and Justice.
