Modern Party proposed a bill recognising same-sex and opposite-sex partnerships

Poland's Modern Party has submitted a draft bill on civil partnerships. It was drawn up in close cooperation with LGBT organisations. It calls for recognition of same-sex and opposite-sex partnerships and for them both to be recognised by a common declaration in a registration office.
