The two-day conference on the Middle East, co-organized by the United States and Poland, kicked off on Wednesday afternoon in Warsaw.
The focus of the conference is about Iran, with Tehran uninvited.
According to the agenda, the United States delegation will hold talks with the Polish side on Wednesday and a multilateral meeting is expected on Thursday.
Participants will talk about terrorism, extremism, development and test of missiles, as well as nuclear proliferation at the conference.
In addition, issues on Yemen, humanitarian and refugee crisis, energy security in Europe and Palestine-Israel peace progress will also be discussed.
Some 60 countries as well as regional and international organizations have confirmed their participation in the conference.
Lebanon and Iran have condemned the meeting as an "anti-Iran circus".
Furthermore, foreign ministers of Germany and France are absent from the conference and European Union (EU)'s foreign and security policy chief Federica Mogherini declined the participation due to her busy schedule.
The conference is thought to be an attempt by the U.S. to build an anti-Iran coalition of hardliners. Last year, Donald Trump announced the U.S. withdrawal from the 2015 multilateral nuclear deal negotiated with Iran, and reimposed sanctions on Tehran.
