66 percent of respondents think that the Polish public TV broadcaster Telewizja Polska (known in English as Polish Television), which financed with public money, is either definitely or probably not a reliable source of information - according to the latest Kantar poll carried out for "Fakty" TVN and TVN24. 29 percent of those surveyed expressed the opposite opinion.
In the latest poll conducted by Kantar for "Fakty" TVN and TVN24, the respondents were asked the following question: "Is Telewizja Polska, which is a medium financed with public money, a reliable source of information for you?". A combined 66 percent of those asked provided negative answers: 48 percent said "definitely not" and 18 percent - "probably not".
29 percent of those surveyed by Kantar consider Telewizja Polska a reliable source of information, of which 13 percent said "definitely yes" and 16 percent - "probably yes".
The answer "hard to decide" was picked by 5 percent of respondents.
The telephone survey was carried out by Kantar on October 2-4 on a nationwide, representative sample of 1,500 people aged 18+.
