Parliamentary elections in Poland are just round the corner. On Sunday, Poles will cast their votes to choose candidates they want to see in the Sejm and the Senate. According to Kantar poll for "Fakty" TVN and TVN24, the last one before elections, the ruling Law and Justice party would win with 40 percent of votes. Civic Coalition would take the second result with 26 percent. In total, all five nationwide committees would secure seats in the parliament, the survey suggests.
In the telephone survey conducted by Kantar for "Fakty" TVN and TVN24 on October 9-10, respondents were asked which committee would they vote for in the parliamentary elections on Sunday, October 13.
40 percent of those asked picked the ruling Law and Justice party (PiS). The same percentage of respondents selected PiS in the previous poll by Kantar for "Fakty" TVN and TVN24, conducted on September 25-26.
Suppurt for Civic Coalition (KO) has dropped again. In the latest poll, 26 percent of respondents declared they would vote for KO politicians. This is 2 percentage points less than in September's poll, and 4 points less than in August.
The Left was picked by 12 percent, which is 2 percentage points less than in September's poll.
7 percent of respondents chose Confederation in the latest poll. The same percentage declared support for Polish People's Party (PSL) and Kukiz'15. This means that Confederation enjoys the same level of support as in September, while PSL (whose list includes candidates from Kukiz'15) gained two percentage points.
The option "don't know/hard to say/refused to asnwer" was chosen by 8 percent of those asked.
