Przemysław Radzik, who according to Gazeta Wyborcza is said to have been a member of a group discrediting judges, wants to fight for his good name. The judge has asked the court to secure his claim, and so that the media couldn't write about or mention him in the context of the smear campaign waged against judges.
According to Gazeta Wyborcza, judge Przemysław Radzik is said to have been a member of "Kasta" (Caste) group that was in contact with internet hater named Emilia.
The judge denies it and threatens with lawsuits. "We will go to court and I'll prove it there. In a lawsuit, you will have to prove that you weren't been lying, not me," judge Radzik told our reporter.

Przemysław Radzik is a man who has been designated by Zbigniew Ziobro to take care of high moral and professional standards among judges. He is the deputy of the disciplinary ombudsman for the common courts. He asked his boss (Ziobro) to take a stand and concrete action after judge Anna Bator-Ciesielska had refused to sit with him in the same court composition.
"I can't imagine my name being mentioned in such composition, and I want to emphasise that it's nothing personal, but it's about the dignity of the office that I hold," judge Anna Bator-Ciesielska explained her decision.
"The judge (Bator) decided on the basis of media reports, false and untrue, to work with another judge. This is unbelievable, nothing like this had ever happened in Europe. I don't understand it, I don't accept it, because it not only affects me personally, but also undermines the foundations of a legal state," judge Radzik said.
Judge Przemysław Radzik has asked the court to secure his claim - he wants the court to ban the media, including TVN, to write and speak about him in connection with the smear campaign scandal.
"My mother is crying and you just don't care. I'll never forget this. Never. As a man and as a judge. Never. Because you have smeared my name just like judge Bator have. With no justification, nothing whatsoever. I know that you will manipulate this programme, you'll take out some parts before broadcast. I'm fully aware of that. I wonder why I'm even speaking to you," he said.
