A passenger car hit a woman riding an electric scooter in Warsaw's district of Wola. Injured woman was taken to a hospital. We received the first information at Kontakt 24 platform.

The accident took place at a crossing of Okopowa and Anielewicza streets.

"We have classified this as an accident, so there is an injured party, but I cannot provide any further information at the moment," said Magdalena Bieniak from Warsaw police.

Tvnwarszawa.pl reporter Tomasz Zieliński was at the scene when the police was performing the routine check.

"The crushed scooter is laying near the sidewalk. Next to it stands an audi with crushed windshield, ripped off wing mirror and smashed wheel housing," said Tomasz Zieliński.

The woman riding the electric scooter was taken to a hospital.
