"Stupidity is dangerous". Zoo director comments on drunk man's falling into bears' enclosure

A man was bitten on the hand by a bear, but this bear was in the zoo and the man was drunk. The 32-year-old fell into the bears' enclosure and escaped by diving into the water. The injured man told the police that he fell in while leaning against a safety barrier, trying to get a better look at the animals.
