Tomasz Komenda fights for restitution for 18 wrongful years in prison

One million zlotys for each year spent in prison. Tomasz Komenda, who was wrongfully convicted of rape and murder, stood before the court in his final battle with the justice system, for a record restitution for the 18 years he had spent behind bars.
