Death in Gliwice. A man's body lay on the sidewalk for 4 hours because no one was able to pronounce death. Finally, the prosecutor's office agreed to take exceptional measures. The city hall is claiming that there are insufficient regulations for them to appoint a coroner's office, while the ministry of health has been working on that for years. But some local governments have found a solution.
