For the past six years he couldn't eat on his own and had to breathe through a tube. Now, the boy who had swallowed a corrosive substance has a chance to live a normal life. Professor Maciejewski's team from the Cancer Centre in Gliwice miraculously transplanted his speech and breathing organs, as well as bone marrow.
