Prosecution asks a Warsaw court to retract its request to CJEU for preliminary ruling

Warsaw judge Igor Tuleya has directed a question to the European Court of Justice. In response there have been attempts to retract the question and threat of disciplinary action. The government says this is needed, but the opposition claims it's an attempt to silence judicial criticism.
