Duda informed that they discussed "the situation and realities in Poland". "We discussed the signed agreement, as well as the future," he added. Polish president also mentioned that on Friday he would also visit Sabine Pass - site of an LNG receiving terminal located along one of a few deepwater ports along the Gulf Coast suitable for importing LNG. Situated at the border between Texas and Lousiana, Sabine Pass is the natural outlet of Sabine Lake into the Gulf of Mexico. That's the place where the LNG shipped to Poland begins its journey. Andrzej Duda will meet with US Secretary of Energy Rick Perry.
"We will be discussing Polish-American cooperation also in this aspect," he announced.
Asked by the journalist if any deals would be signed during his visit to Sabine Pass, Duda denied and said that agreements had been signed two days ago in Washington.
Earlier on, Polish president met with the Mayor of Houston Sylvester Turner, as well as with the Polish community living in the city.
