"We won't be intimidated". Judge Krystian Markiewicz with 55 disciplinary charges

Chairman of Polish Judges' Association "Iustitia" Krystian Markiewicz has been accused of committing 55 disciplinary misconducts. Among them is inciting to disrespecting "of Poland's legal order" - informed the disciplinary spokesperson for common courts Piotr Schab. "If I were to stop defending the rule of law as a judge, then I'd rather cease to be a judge," Markiewicz said in response.
