Polish Judges' Association: we're appalled to watch proceedings of the institution passing itself off as the National Judiciary Council

President Andrzej Duda has announced the recruiting process for Supreme Court judges. But judges are warning: the procedure is against the law and the selection of judges will be invalid. The Polish Judges’ Association "Iustitia" has adopted a special resolution. Included in it, is a critique of the changes to the Supreme Court and the newly chosen, by politicians, National Council of the Judiciary.
