They won in the European Court of Justice and their case returned to Polish courts. After Monday's hearing it was postponed for two months. In question is the Swiss Franc loan of the Dziubak couple. The court is to decide whether the agreement will be invalidated or not. The delay was requested by the Commissioner for Human Rights. He wants to present his opinion on the case. The next hearing is set for the 3rd of January.
