A heated debate in Polish parliament after foreign minister's annual expose

The head of Polish diplomacy Jacek Czaputowicz made his annual speech before the Sejm. He promised to be active in the discussion on the future of the European Union. He added, however, that he resents the EU's attempt to tie the disbursement of funds to the rule of law.
