Constitutional Tribunal: MPs appointing judiciary council judges in line with constitution

The Constitutional Tribunal led by Julia Przyłębska has ruled that the regulations allowing members of parliament, instead of judges, to appoint members to the National Council of the Judiciary are in line with the constitution. Judge Justyn Piskorski read out the ruling, his appointment has also been questioned by both the opposition and some lawyers.
