A CCTV operator in Inowrocław (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) spotted a man lying down on a bench after dark. It was getting colder, so the operator called a City Guard duty officer. Before the city guards arrived at the scene, however, the man stood up, undressed, and started to exercise in a rather bizarre fashion.

The situation took place a few days ago in Inowrocław, a city in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The local City Guard said a CCTV operator, who was watching camera footage, spotted a man lying down on a bench inside a grilling area at Solanki spa.

City Guard: he laid on the bench for over an hour

The footage released by Inowrocław City Guard shows the man lying on a bench in a gazebo. There are some bags with food and bottled beverages at the table. The man is covered with a blanket. According to the guards, the man laid like that for over an hour.

It all happened at night and it was cold outside. The CCTV operator called a City Guard duty officer, who then dispatched a patrol to the man.

The man began practice before help arrived

However, what happened before their arrival must have come down as a real surprise for the CCTV operator. "Suddenly, when the guards were still on their way, the man stood up, got undressed, and began practice," City Guard said in a statement, to which they attached the footage from the very unusual training routine.

"The intervention ended with a conversation," city guards said.
