Should the police be allowed to identify and record the identification of those who have dissenting views? Law and Justice in the past few months have been travelling throughout Poland and meeting with voters. They claim that they wanted to get to know the views of the people and even wanted some constructive criticism. The opposition is now accusing the ruling party of ordering the police to identify residents who have differences of opinion. While Law and Justice flat-out denies it, the police in Sanok claim that they were given such an order by an unnamed superior.
