Police and city guard are urging to report people without shelter as winter approaches

We still have more than one month before winter officially begins. But the first night before zero is already behind us. That's why institutions and organisations that help the homeless are appealing to the public not to look the other way, if they notice someone without shelter that needs help. Such incidents should be reported to the city guard or the police because it could save a life.
