Poland's Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak announced the last, fourth, question of the national referendum planned to take place along the parliamentary election on October 15.
In a video published on social media on Monday, the Minister of National Defence announced the fourth referendum question. It will look as follows: "Do you support the liquidation of the barrier at the Republic of Poland's border with the Republic of Belarus?".
Referendum along the election
The referendum is planned to be held along the parliamentary election, which President Andrzej Duda scheduled for October 15.
The ruling PiS party chairman Jarosław Kaczyński announced last week that the first referendum question would be: "Do you support the sale of state-owned enterprises?". The second one was announced by PiS deputy chairwoman and former prime minister Beata Szydło: "Are you in favour of increasing the retirement age which today is 60 years for women and 65 years for men?".
The third question was announced by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and will look as follows: "Do you support accepting thousands of illegal immigrants from the Middle East and Africa, in line with the mandatory relocation mechanism imposed by European bureaucracy?".
