Internal Security Agency launches inquiry into NIK president Marian Banaś

The opposition is demanding that the report from the verification process conducted by the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) to be presented to the Sejm. Meanwhile, the Internal Security Agency (ABW) has launched its own verification process concerning the President of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK). Marian Banaś has explicitly stated that he will not step down. Now, yet another question arises - will he have a security clearance needed to fulfil his duty as president of the NIK?
