Another conflict lies in the background of the protest of the disabled and their caretakers. They claim the government doesn't know how to manage the crisis and is dividing the community. Meanwhile, representatives of organisations that took part in the meeting at the Dialogue Center where a declaration was signed, say they were taken advantage of. Earlier on, it was rejected by protesters in the Sejm.
