Senate passed bills increasing health care spending and penalizing MPs for "unbecoming" behaviour

A packet of bills was passed through in the Senate. The senators accepted, among others, a law on higher education. They were in favour of an increase in health care spending to 6 percent of GDP and for the possibility of lowering salaries for parliamentarians for "unbecoming" behaviour.
