Kaczyński urges parties to sign a joint declaration regarding the euro in Poland

Jarosław Kaczyński wrote a letter to the leaders of parliamentary factions, asking them to sign a joint declaration. A declaration that is to guarantee that Poland will not introduce the euro until the country until catches up to the economic levels of its Western counterparts.
