Prosecutor General Zbigniew Ziobro and National Public Prosecutor Bogdan Święczkowski are withholding "three years of operation of an organised crime group inside SKOK Wołomin" as this credit union was at that time under the supervision of Law and Justice senator Grzegorz Bierecki, claim Civic Platform MPs. Throughout the week appeared a controversy regarding Mr Bierecki's testimony in regard to SKOK, as neither the National Public Prosecutor, nor the senator himself were able to ascertain when the hearing took place. For a moment the senator claimed that he did not testify at all, but shortly after, he changed his mind.
