Poland meets its 2% of GDP spending obligation towards NATO. Germany does not. We would welcome American troops in Germany to come to Poland.

In June in Washington, Presidents Andrzej Duda and Donald Trump signed military cooperation agreement that would, among other things, expand US military presence in Poland. The deal assumes that the number of US soldiers stationed in Poland would increase by around 1.000 troops.
Furthermore, Poland has declared readiness to purchase 32 F-35 jet fighters. According to US President Trump, F-35 is one of the greatest jet fighters in the world.
Commenting on the planned increased military presence in Poland, Trump said at a press conference after the meeting with Polish President Duda, that the US would relocate soldiers already stationed in Germany or elsewhere.
"We won't be relocating additional troops to Poland," said the US President.
