She will unconditionally remain the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, by the provision enshrined in the Constitution, and even the justices forced into retirement due to their age will return to the bench. Professer Gersdorf has disclosed the detail of her Wednesday's meeting with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, and the conditions that were set in negotiations with the government.
