Gerald Birgfellner, the Austrian businessman that has accused Jarosław Kaczyński of fraud spoke to investigators on Monday. He has secretly recorded the chairman of Law and Justice after working on a project to build two towers worth over 1 billion zlotys and then not getting paid for his services.
