42 percent of respondents declared their support for Law and Justice in parliamentary elections, according to Kantar poll published by "Gazeta Wyborcza". Civic Coalition would secure 29 percent of votes, the Left - 13 percent, and Confederation - 5 percent. Polish People's Party-Polish Coalition would not make it to the parliament with 4 percent of votes.
In the latest poll carried out by Kantar for "Gazeta Wyborcza", Gazeta.pl and TOK FM, Law and Justice is in the lead with 42-percent support. Civic Coalition could count on 29 percent of votes, and the Left - on 13 percent.
Confederation (5 percent) and Polish People's Party-Polish Coalition (4 percent) are balancing on the electoral threshold.
According to "Gazeta Wyborcza", Jarosław Kaczyński's party would keep the majority in the Sejm, however, not much is needed for them to lose it. "It would only take Law and Justice losing 1 percentage point, Civic Coalition gaining 1 point, and Polish People's Party to pass the threshold instead of Confederation, for the United Right to lose its advantage," the article reads.
The poll was conducted between 1 and 5 October on a sample of 1005 people, with the use of CATI method.
