EU's Oettinger wants to tie cohesion funds to rule of law in member-states

The European Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources, Günther Oettinger will try to force the enactment of a mechanism which ties the dispersement of the cohesion funds from the European Union to the rule of law in member-states. The Polish government strongly opposes such measures.
