EU court's verdict on Poland's disciplinary measures for judges expected on Tuesday

On Tuesday, a verdict of the Court of Justice of the European Union is expected. This concerns the rule of law in Poland and it's supposed to answer the question whether the new National Council of the Judiciary upholds judicial independence, independence from politicians, and ultimately the legality of its rulings.
