Drivers in Poland don't need to have registration and insurance on them anymore

No registration papers, no insurance papers and no fine for not having them. As of Monday, drivers can leave these documents at home. The police officers will be able to check data in a central database. Nevertheless, be sure to take your driver's license with you, as that's still mandatory.
