Court orders Polish PM to rectify words about Kraków authorities' smog policy

Kraków Court of Appeals has sustained the appeal by the Mayor of Kraków Jacek Majchrowski against the ruling of the lower instance District Court. It means that the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will have to rectify in the next 48 hours, his words regarding Kraków authorities' actions aimed at tackling the problem of smog. The decision has been made under the faster, electoral mode.
