Chairman Kaczyński's close ally collaborated with communist secret service

Kazimierz Kujda, the president of the National Environmental Protection Fund collaborated with Poland's communist era security service. Formerly, he was the head of the Srebrna firm and features in the latest recordings on building skyscrapers in the centre of Warsaw. In his file at the Institute of National Remembrance, he appears as a "clandestine collaborator" with a codename "Ryszard".
