Citizen's arrest of a drunk driver in Warmian-Masurian voivodeship caught on tape. A man decided to take action when he noticed suspicious behaviour on the road. The author of the clip was driving to the cinema with his family when he noticed a suspiciously behaving driver. He overtook him and forced him to pull over on a hard shoulder. When he approached the car he could smell alcohol, so he took the driver's keys and called the police, which showed up after fifteen minutes.
