Chief Justice Gersdorf in CNN: minister of justice is in control of Polish courts

In Poland, we have a tripartite division of power that has been destroyed by the laws, said Professor Małgorzata Gersdorf in an interview for CNN. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court added that authorities from the Ministry of Justice had become "a controlling power over the courts".
