The Supreme Audit Office has released an alarming report. The average Polish person consumes 2 kilgrams of food preservatives, colouring of flavouring each year. While many E-numbered ingredients are natural, many others are not. Dietician Agnieszka Pocztarska spoke to TVN24 about the problem.
