Winter continues to take its toll. The snowfall has caused headache for drivers and caused dangerous conditions on the roads. There was a 12-car pile-up on the A1 highway which killed on driver and a 6-year-old boy had to be airlifted to the hospital. In Gdańsk, about a 100,000 residents were without heat and hot water.
