Nightmare at playground. Boy burned his skin with caustic substance on slide

A 2-year-old boy got burned with some sort of acid at a playground in Bielsko-Biała. His pants became saturated by the substance when he was playing on the slide. Firefighters determined that other elements in the playground also had the substance on their surface and believe that it was spread on them deliberately.
