A mysterious disease is attacking cats across Poland. The 32-year-old Bangladeshi man suspected of abducting and raping the 27-year-old Polish woman named Anastazja, on the Greek island of Kos, has now been additionally charged with her murder, the woman's family attorney Jarosław Kowalewski told tvn24.pl on Wednesday (June 21). The lawyer added he had received this information from the family's second plenipotentiary who was in Greece. The suspect has been temporarily arrested.

The missing married couple from Warsaw's Mokotów district - who had abandoned their two teenage sons - have been found by the police in Prague. A spokesperson for Warsaw Police said the case files would be soon referred to the prosecutor's office and court. The couple haven't been detained as the police were investigating their disappearance, not any kind of crime. Once the relevant documentation has been analysed, further decisions regarding the couple will be taken.

The man detained by the police in relation to the death of a 27-year-old Polish woman at the Greek island of Kos has been contadicting himself during questioning, according to Proto Thema - a local news portal that has been following the case. The man is a Bangladeshi national. His attorney said on Monday his client was not informed at the time that the woman's body had been found, adding the Bangladeshi was charged with abduction. The Ethnos portal, quoting a police source, said the woman had been strangled.
