So far one person fined for using flares during independence march. Police are after a few others

The first person was fined for lighting a flare during Independence March in Warsaw, last Sunday. The man turned himself in. The police are still looking for others who broke the law, including those who attacked a counter-demonstation in Wrocław. The wanted men injured three people, including a police officer.
