President Duda has nominated officially promoted nine officers to the rank of general. The Commander in Chief also signed an act into law changing the administration and command of the Polish Army. This will mean that the Chief of the General Staff will once again be the highest military commander. Furthermore, the Territorial Defense Force will answer to the Minister of Defense until it becomes fully operational.
